Cronly is an infrastructure monitoring platform that provides heartbeat monitoring, webhook management, uptime monitoring, SSL and domain certificate tracking, web cron scheduling, automation workflows, and AI-powered analysis.
You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.
You agree not to:
Paid plans are billed monthly through PayPal. You can cancel your subscription at any time. Upon cancellation, you will retain access until the end of the current billing period. No refunds are provided for partial months.
The free plan is provided as-is with limited features. We reserve the right to modify free plan limits at any time with reasonable notice.
We collect and store data necessary to provide the Service, including monitoring data, webhook payloads, and account information. We do not sell your data to third parties. Monitoring data is retained according to your plan's log retention limits.
API access is subject to rate limits and your plan's quota. API keys should be kept confidential. You are responsible for all activity performed using your API keys.
We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee 100% uptime. The Service is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We are not liable for damages resulting from service interruptions.
Cronly shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of or inability to use the Service, including but not limited to loss of data, missed alerts, or monitoring failures.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account for violation of these terms. You may delete your account at any time. Upon termination, your data will be permanently deleted.
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms. We will notify users of significant changes via email.
